In accordance with the recommendations set by the CDC, customers and staff are required to wear a mask at all times. We practice social distancing and limit any physical interaction with staff. Plexiglas barriers have also been installed in multiple locations to minimize disease transmission.
Commonly touched surfaces such as doors, seating areas, and bathrooms will be cleaned and disinfected throughout the day so you can enjoy shopping in a sanitary environment. We have partnered with Transform Disinfectant which has proven effective in removing up to 99% of contaminants. This will be our primary method of disinfecting cars.
Changes in Our Service Department
If your car is in need of attention, we have created new protocols to help provide you with the repairs or maintenance that you need without exposing you or our service team to unnecessary harm. All vehicles will be sanitized at the time of drop off and again just prior to pick up. If you feel uncomfortable traveling to our location at this time, we now offer home pick up and drop off for added safety and convenience. If you are interested in this service, please contact our service center to schedule this service in advance.
If you would prefer to drop off your car after hours, regular drop off is available. Simply place your keys in the drop box located at the dealership and we will contact you once the services are complete.
Changes in Our Sales Department
In addition to these new procedures in the service department, we have also created multiple avenues for you to research, explore, and compare cars from the comfort of your own home.
